Intro Assessment

In the Intro Assessment, I will be assessing your movement through a series of movements pulled from the Functional Movement Screen and Original Strength's Movement System. I will also use this time to get to know you, your goals, your why, and what I call your "body's history". Lastly, we will finish up going over membership options + schedules.
** This $85 will be credited to you upon signing up for any Fluid Strength package after the assessment.**
