Classes
Strength For Longevity
This class will be a mix of active mobility work, lifting heavy things (barbells, sandbags, kettlebells, etc), stability training, body-weight exercises, breath-work, and unique implements like maces & Indian clubs.
Kettlebell Strong
In this class we will be honing in on the 6 fundamental kettlebell skills: swing, get-up, clean, press, squat, and snatch.
Open Gym
In these time slots, you will not be coached. It will be a self-coached option.
Kettlebell Conditioning
This will be a faster-paced class with an emphasis on strength conditioning. In this class, we will be using kettlebells as our primary tool with a sprinkle of body weight exercises and other unique strength tools.

Appointments
Intro Assessment $85 per appointment
In the Intro Assessment, I will be assessing your movement through a series of movements pulled from the Functional Movement Screen and Original Strength's Movement System. I will also use this time to get to know you, your goals, your why, and what I call your "body's history". Lastly, we will finish up going over membership options + schedules.

Monthly Check-In (in-person)
These sessions can range from discussions about how to breathe better for optimal performance, strategies to improve your kettlebell skills, or trouble-shooting ideas to help you achieve your goals.
