Kettlebell Conditioning

If you're looking for more muscle endurance training, this is a great complimentary class to our Strength for Longevity and Kettlebell strong classes. This is an intermediate to advance level class. All participants must have a solid foundation of kettlebell skills. Specifically the ballistic skills such as the swing, clean, snatch, and jerk.
