Strength For Longevity
In this class, we will be honing in all things that make us strong & resilient for long term health. This class will be a mix of active mobility work, lifting heavy things (barbells, sandbags, kettlebells, etc), stability training, body-weight exercises, breath-work, and unique implements like maces & Indian clubs. This class is often very popular for our “Bend Active Lifestyle” folks as it's great for preparing you for all the outdoor adventures Bend has to offer.
